Hello, darlings. Doctor
Emile's Theatre Tremendo is the banner under which we,
your humble impresarios, Peter Budinger and DC Scarpelli,
produce our fizzy little theatrical concoctions of Snake
Oil and sugarwater.
We've been collaborating on stage and off for 18 or so
years now…
It's been quite a while
since our last original show, the wild
and woolly Twilight Zone homage, Where the Sun Don't
Shine.
But fear not! WTSDS isn't
dead... it's just... resting.
In the meantime, we've been busy on stage...
Catch our latest exploits below...

- NOW: Feb.
12– 28, 2010: It's a business… Catch
Peter in Kander and Ebb's final collaboration: Curtains at
the Lesher Center.
- March 26–May 1, 2010: Forbidden fruit… DC will appear in Bock and Harnick's The Apple Tree at
the Masquers Playhouse, playing the Larry Blyden parts. The Snake, of course. Typecast? He's also designing the set. What has he gotten himself into?
- May 6 – 24, 2010: Very warm, indeed… Peter
joins 42nd Street Moon again for Kern and Hammerstein's Very
Warm for May!
- July 2010: Once Upon a Time… Peter and DC will direct Alan Ayckbourn's This is Where We Came In as part of the Envision series at the Masquers Playhouse. A very fun and funny fairy tale play... Not technically a Tremendo show, but it certainly promises to be Tremendelicious!

- Fall 2009: Something
to Dance About! DC
and Peter appeared together in Irving Berlin's Call
Me Madam at 42nd
Street Moon, with Peter appearing later in the
fall in Cole Porter's Jubilee.
- Summer 2009: Split
me infinitives! DC
appeared as Captain
Hook opposite Chelsea
Nenni's Peter
Pan at Tri-Valley
Rep, and then joined
Peter, who played
Nicky to Chelsea's
Funny
Girl at Diablo Theatre Company.
